1. What Viselio Is

Viselio ("Service") is an AI-powered informational platform that helps users research and plan international relocation. Viselio is operated by Viselio, LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Viselio does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. All information provided through the Service — including AI responses, guides, checklists, and cost estimates — is for general informational and educational purposes only.

You should not rely solely on information from Viselio to make decisions about immigration, tax filing, or any legal matter. Always consult with qualified professionals (immigration attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors) for advice specific to your situation.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.

3. Accounts

You may use Viselio without an account (free tier). Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Viselio Plus is a paid subscription ($8/month or $80/year). Payments are processed by Polar.sh. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings — access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Marketplace

Viselio's marketplace connects users with third-party service providers (attorneys, CPAs, relocation specialists). We vet providers before listing them but do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of their services.

Any engagement with a marketplace provider is a direct relationship between you and that provider. Viselio is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for disputes between you and any provider.

6. Affiliate Recommendations

Viselio may recommend third-party products and services (banking, insurance, etc.) and earn a commission if you sign up through our links. These recommendations are always disclosed. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful for our users.

7. AI Limitations

Viselio's AI assistant uses a combination of curated knowledge and AI language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Immigration rules, tax laws, and costs change frequently.

Always verify critical information (visa requirements, tax obligations, legal deadlines) with official government sources or qualified professionals before taking action.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Submit false information to marketplace providers
• Abuse, harass, or misuse the Service or other users
• Resell or redistribute content from the Service without permission

The Service, its design, content, and AI systems are owned by Viselio, LLC. Your data belongs to you — see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viselio, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: visa denials, tax penalties, financial losses, or relocation complications.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
