1. What Viselio Is

Viselio ("Service") provides AI intake and client concierge infrastructure for immigration, tax, relocation, and cross-border advisory firms. Viselio is operated by Viselio, LLC ("we," "us," "our").

2. Not Legal, Tax, Immigration, or Financial Advice

Viselio does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. All information provided through the Service — including AI responses, intake summaries, guides, checklists, and estimates — is for general informational and operational intake purposes only.

Agencies and visitors should verify critical information with official sources and qualified professionals before taking action. Viselio supports intake and handoff; it does not replace professional judgment.

3. AI Disclaimer

Viselio's AI assistant uses curated configuration and AI language models. AI responses may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. Immigration rules, tax laws, costs, and program requirements change frequently.

Always verify critical information with official government sources or qualified professionals before acting on it.

4. Accounts and Workspaces

Agency workspace access requires a valid email address and may require an active subscription or approved trial. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring team members use the Service appropriately.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Agency plans, seats, and usage packs are processed by Polar.sh unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may manage billing through the agency workspace or by contacting support.

Legacy consumer subscriptions, if any, remain subject to the billing terms shown at the time of purchase and can be managed or canceled through support or the customer portal when available.

6. Agency Leads and Third-Party Relationships

Viselio may help agencies collect lead information, summarize intake context, and route visitors to booking or payment links configured by that agency. Any professional engagement between a visitor and an agency or provider is a direct relationship between those parties.

Viselio is not a party to those professional services agreements and is not liable for advice, representation, service quality, outcomes, or disputes between visitors and providers.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links

Agency workspaces may connect to third-party scheduling, payment, analytics, or website tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Agencies are responsible for the external links and handoff destinations they configure.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Represent AI-generated information as professional legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Submit false, misleading, or sensitive document information through public concierge flows
• Abuse, harass, or misuse the Service or other users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, content, and AI systems are owned by Viselio, LLC. Your account, workspace, and lead data remain subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viselio, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, missed leads, visa denials, tax penalties, financial losses, or relocation complications.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@viselio.ai and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users when required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
