How credits actually work.
A credit is charged when the AI thinks — not per message sent.
That distinction matters, so here it is straight:
- •A customer messages you. The AI reads it, decides what to do, maybe checks your live website, maybe checks your calendar, then replies.
- •Each of those thinking steps is an AI action.
- •One incoming message can trigger more than one AI action. A simple question is usually one. "What's the price, and can I come Tuesday?" might be two or three, because it's answering and checking availability.
- •Messages you or your team send by hand cost nothing. Only the AI's thinking counts.
Why we don't price per message: because per-message pricing punishes you for the AI doing a good job. Checking your live site before quoting a price is a good thing. We'd rather charge for the work and be honest about it.
What protects your balance

Pricing questions
Do I pay per message?
No. You pay when the AI thinks. Messages you send by hand are free, and one customer message may use more than one credit if the AI has to do several things to answer it properly.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing dramatic. Buy a top-up pack whenever you like — 500 for $100, 1,000 for $200, 5,000 for $1,000. No expiry.
Is DFY a monthly fee?
No. DFY is $350 once. It's the build. After that it runs on DIY terms.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Plenty of people start on DIY, then move to White Label once they're reselling.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Cancel yourself any time on the Billing & cancellation page (linked in the footer) — no email, no retention call. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so your assistant keeps running until then.
Do my clients see Viselio's name on White Label?
No. Your logo, your colours, your own domain. They see your business.
