What Viselio Is

Viselio provides AI intake and client concierge infrastructure for immigration, tax, relocation, and cross-border advisory firms. We support intake, education, lead capture, booking handoff, and agency workspace management. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice.

What We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account info: name and email address when you create an account
  • Agency workspace info: business name, website, service categories, booking links, brand settings, team member emails, and billing details handled by our payment provider
  • Prospect intake info: general case context submitted through an agency concierge, such as citizenship country, target or current country, service need, timeline, urgency, family status, income range, and free-text questions
  • Conversation history: chat messages and intake answers needed to provide the concierge experience and create lead summaries

Information we collect automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns
  • Device info: browser type and screen size for responsive design

What We NEVER Collect

Viselio does not intentionally collect, store, or process:

  • Passport numbers or scans of identity documents
  • Social Security numbers or tax identification numbers
  • Bank account numbers or financial statements
  • Pay stubs, tax returns, or W-2 forms
  • Medical records or health information
  • Criminal background details
  • Any government-issued ID numbers

If sensitive information is accidentally shared in chat, the concierge is instructed to avoid processing it and redirect the person to share sensitive documents directly with the qualified professional handling their matter.

AI Data Practices

Your data is not used to train AI models. Conversations with the AI concierge are used to provide the service, generate intake context, and support agency follow-up. We do not share conversation data with AI model providers for training purposes.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the service: operate hosted and embedded concierge flows, agency workspaces, intake forms, lead capture, and booking handoff
  • To support agencies: package intake answers and chat context into case-ready lead summaries for the agency workspace connected to that concierge
  • Billing and account management: manage subscriptions, seats, usage, and support requests
  • Improve the product: aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

What We Share

With the agency operating a concierge when a prospect uses that agency's hosted or embedded Viselio flow:

  • Name, email, intake answers, chat context, and booking intent
  • General case summary, such as target country, service need, timeline, and urgency
  • Never sensitive documents or personal IDs

We never:

  • Sell your personal data
  • Share your data with advertisers
  • Share one agency's lead data with another agency

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Viselio:

  • Supabase — database and data storage
  • Vercel — website hosting and deployment
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI language model powering the concierge
  • Polar.sh — payment processing
  • Cal.com or agency booking tools — scheduling and booking handoff when configured

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any of them.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls are designed so agencies can access only their own workspace and lead data.

Data Retention

We retain data while an account or agency workspace is active, unless deletion is requested or required. Request deletion by emailing support@viselio.ai.

Your Rights

  • Access: request a copy of personal data we hold
  • Edit: correct inaccurate account or workspace information
  • Delete: request deletion of your account, workspace, or lead data where legally permitted
  • Export: request an export by contacting support

If GDPR applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data. Contact us to exercise those rights.
